ABOUT CHRISTOPHE

Christophe embarked on his competitive powerlifting career in 2015 while serving the military in Singapore, placing in two national events. The display of potential for high-level performance secured him a spot on the national team for his first international competition, IPF Asia Oceania Championships 2015 in Uzbekistan.

He eventually moved to Melbourne where he continued his passion for the sport, whilst continuously learning under the tutelage of many inspirational coaches. Throughout his experience in both one-on-one coaching and squad/group settings since 2016, he has mentored athletes with zero powerlifting experience to international record breakers.  

Christophe consistently communicates well, builds his athletes’ confidence and hones their ability to set and achieve/attain targets.
